Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, the vibrant capital of India. On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 2 : Discovering Old & New Delhi
After breakfast, set out on a full-day sightseeing tour exploring the contrasting heritage of Old and New Delhi. Visit the magnificent Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat, followed by a drive past the historic Red Fort. Continue to New Delhi to explore Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb. Enjoy a drive past the iconic India Gate, President’s Palace and Secretariat Buildings, showcasing the architectural grandeur of the capital.
Day 3 : Delhi to Udaipur by Flight
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Udaipur, the romantic city of lakes and palaces. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is free to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Day 4 : Exploring Udaipur
After breakfast, discover the royal heritage of Udaipur with visits to the magnificent City Palace and the beautiful Saheliyon-ki-Bari, also known as the Garden of the Maids of Honour. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing motorboat cruise on Lake Pichola with a visit to the picturesque Jag Mandir, surrounded by the tranquil waters of the lake.
Day 5 : Udaipur to Jodhpur via Kumbhalgarh & Ranakpur
After breakfast, depart for Jodhpur, travelling through the scenic landscapes of Rajasthan. En route, visit the impressive Kumbhalgarh Fort, renowned for its massive defensive walls and historic significance. Continue towards Ranakpur and explore its exquisite Jain temples, admired for their intricate marble craftsmanship. After lunch, proceed to Jodhpur. Arrive in the evening and check in to your hotel.
Day 6 : Jodhpur to Jaisalmer
After breakfast, explore the highlights of Jodhpur, including the imposing Mehrangarh Fort, the elegant Jaswant Thada, and the colourful lanes of the old bazaar. Later in the afternoon, depart by road for Jaisalmer, the famed Golden City of Rajasthan. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.
Day 7 : Discovering Jaisalmer & Sam Sand Dunes
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day exploration of Jaisalmer. Visit the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort and admire the detailed architecture of historic havelis, including Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Patwon Ki Haveli. In the late afternoon, drive towards the Sam Sand Dunes to experience the desert landscape and enjoy an exciting camel safari as the sun sets over the golden sands.
Day 8 : Jaisalmer to Gajner via Bikaner
After breakfast, drive towards Gajner, enjoying the changing landscapes of the Thar region. On the way, explore the historic city of Bikaner, visiting its impressive fort and beautifully decorated havelis. Continue to Gajner and check in to your hotel upon arrival.
Day 9 : Gajner to Delhi – Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Ganjer before transferring to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, proceed to Delhi International Airport to connect with your onward flight, bringing your remarkable journey through India’s heritage, culture and architectural treasures to an end.
