Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, the vibrant capital of India. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 2 : Exploring Delhi
After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour covering the historic and modern sides of Delhi. In Old Delhi, visit the impressive Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat, followed by a drive past the magnificent Red Fort. Continue to New Delhi to explore the iconic Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb. Enjoy a drive past India Gate, the President’s Palace and the Secretariat Buildings, highlighting the architectural grandeur of India’s capital.
Day 3 : Delhi to Agra
After breakfast, depart by road for Agra, approximately 4 hours away. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Later, visit the magnificent Agra Fort, an outstanding example of Mughal architecture and history. As the day comes to an end, visit the legendary Taj Mahal at sunset. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this magnificent marble monument is celebrated worldwide for its exquisite craftsmanship, symmetry and timeless beauty.
Day 4 : Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri
After breakfast, depart for Jaipur, approximately a 6-hour drive. En route, explore Fatehpur Sikri, the historic Mughal city built largely in red sandstone by Emperor Akbar. Discover its magnificent palaces, courtyards and monuments, including the architectural legacy associated with the revered Sufi saint Salim Chishti. After the visit, continue your journey towards Jaipur, the famous Pink City of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.
Day 5 : Discover Jaipur
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit the majestic Amber Fort, the elegant City Palace, the fascinating astronomical Observatory (Jantar Mantar) and the iconic Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal). Experience Jaipur’s royal architecture, colourful streets and vibrant heritage as you explore the city’s most celebrated landmarks.
Day 6 : Jaipur to Delhi & Departure
After breakfast, take some time to explore Jaipur’s colourful local bazaars, where you can browse traditional handicrafts, textiles, jewellery and souvenirs. Later, begin your journey back to Delhi by road, approximately 5 hours, or choose the optional flight, which takes around 50 minutes. On arrival in Delhi, transfer to the International Airport for your onward flight back home, bringing your memorable journey through India’s historic and royal cities to an end.
